1) Scope
This policy covers our digital configuration & support services for compatible streaming applications. We do not provide or host media.
2) Eligibility
- Refunds are available if we cannot deliver the configuration as described and reasonable troubleshooting attempts fail.
- Device/app incompatibility caused by unsupported or modified firmware may not qualify.
- Connectivity issues due to your ISP/VPN/home network are outside our control.
3) Timeframe
Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase or activation, whichever occurs first.
4) How to request
- Contact us at support@example.com with your order number and device/app details.
- Complete basic troubleshooting steps we provide (app reinstall, cache reset, alternate player, etc.).
- If unresolved, we will approve a refund to the original payment method.
5) Partial refunds
If part of a bundled service was delivered successfully, a partial refund may apply at our discretion.
6) Non-refundable cases
- Change of mind after successful configuration delivery.
- Violation of our Terms of Service or fair-use rules.
- Third-party app outages, content takedowns, or regional restrictions beyond our control.
7) Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Unresolved chargebacks will be disputed with proof of delivery and support attempts.
