How we process your personal data: purposes, legal bases (GDPR), retention, sharing, and your rights.

1) Controller & contacts

UltraOnline (Vilnius, LT) is the data controller for this website. For any request, email support@example.com. We primarily provide configuration/support for streaming apps; we do not host or distribute media.

2) Data we process

  • Identification & contact: name, email, phone (if provided), country/region, preferred language.
  • Order/support details: chosen plan, device type, preferred app, notes you send through forms/WhatsApp.
  • Technical data: IP address (for security/rate limiting), device/browser info, cookies (see Cookie Policy).
  • Analytics: aggregated website usage (e.g., page views). We use IP anonymization where available.
  • Payments: we receive payment confirmations/IDs from processors (no full card data stored on our servers).

3) Purposes & legal bases

4) Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above: contact/support records up to 24 months after last interaction; order/account records per tax/accounting laws; analytics data per the provider’s retention controls.

5) Sharing & international transfers

  • Service providers (hosting, email, analytics, payments, anti-spam). We share only what’s necessary under contracts.
  • Messaging platforms you choose (e.g., WhatsApp). Messages you send there are subject to that platform’s policy.
  • Transfers outside the EEA may occur — safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent measures.
  • We respond to lawful requests and DMCA notices per applicable laws.

6) Security

We apply technical/organizational measures (TLS, access controls, least-privilege, backups). No method is 100% secure; we work to minimize risk and respond promptly to incidents.

7) Your rights (GDPR)

  • Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (does not affect prior processing).
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., State Data Protection Inspectorate in Lithuania).

To exercise rights, email support@ultraonlinehub.com with the subject “Data request”. We may verify identity before fulfilling requests.
