Troubleshooting (LT/EN)

Fix playback, buffering, or login issues quickly — for Samsung, LG, Android TV/Google TV, and Fire TV.

1) Playback issues

  • Buffering? Check speedtest.net ≥ 10 Mbps HD / 25 Mbps 4K and use wired or 5 GHz Wi-Fi.
  • Change player engine to Exo or Auto and enable hardware decoding.
  • Clear app cache → restart TV / box.

2) Login or playlist errors

  • Check if credentials match what was sent (case-sensitive).
  • Choose correct login type — Playlist (M3U), Xtream, or Portal.
  • If “expired”, contact support to refresh activation.

3) Network problems

  • Restart router/modem; avoid crowded Wi-Fi channels.
  • Set DNS = 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 on TV/box.
  • VPN may help if ISP throttles IPTV; test regional servers.

4) Audio / video sync

  • Toggle hardware decode ON/OFF.
  • In TiviMate → Player → Decoder → try Exo/Auto modes.

5) App-specific fixes

  • Smart STB / iBO Player — check MAC registration and portal URL.
  • IPTV Smarters — update app and clear cache.
  • TiviMate — Menu → Refresh playlist → Reload EPG.
