1. Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options and turn on "Apps from Unknown Sources".
2. Download the "Downloader" app from the Amazon App Store.
3. Enter the download URL provided in your welcome email.
4. Install the APK and log in.
Search for the app name (e.g., "Smart STB" or "IPTV Smarters") directly in your TV's app store. Once installed, open the app and enter your MAC address to activate.
Open the Google Play Store, search for the application recommended in your setup guide (usually TiviMate or IPTV Smarters), install, and log in with your credentials.

Your login details are usually in the email titled "Welcome to UltraOnline" or "Service Activation". Check your Spam/Junk folder if you don't see it within 10 minutes.
You need: Server URL, Username, and Password. These are case-sensitive.
Why does my stream freeze or buffer?
Run a speed test at Fast.com. For HD, you need at least 10 Mbps. For 4K, you need 25+ Mbps stable speed.
Sometimes the specific channel source is busy. Most apps allow you to try a different "Server" option in the player settings.
A simple restart of your TV box or router often clears the cache and fixes temporary glitches.
The sound doesn't match the video.
Go to the app's Player Settings. Look for "Audio Delay" or "Lip Sync". Adjust the value until the sound matches the video movement.
"Connection timed out" or "Script failed".
If you are using a VPN, try disconnecting it, or switch to a different server location closer to your actual region.
If your subscription has expired, the app will refuse to connect. Log in to your client portal to renew.
How can I pay for the service?
We accept major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) and sometimes Crypto depending on the region.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew by default to give you control. You will receive a reminder 3 days before expiry.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of digital services, we generally offer a 24-hour testing window. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis if the service is technically non-functional.
