If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and you believe that any content hosted on our Service infringes your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
To file a DMCA notice, please provide the following information:
- Identification: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Work Description: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Infringing Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Important Legal Notice
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. You should consult with a legal representative before submitting a claim.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, UltraOnlineHub has adopted a policy of terminating subscribers who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Service for any users who infringe intellectual property rights.
